• All gift boxes will be shipped the following working day (Mon-Fri). If a specific celebration date is required, you can request this to us by email separately and we will endeavour to help but can not be held responsible for shipping delays that are out of our control.

  • Dependant on the gift purchased, boxes are sent by courier and are a mixture of first and second class.

  • All customers ordering alcohol could be advised of ‘Challenge 25’ policy law relating to proxy sales and advised that they may be required to provide satisfactory photographic proof of age and identity upon order and/or delivery, and that if this is not forthcoming delivery may be refused.

  • You MUST be 18 or above to purchase any of our experiences and the recipient of the gift MUST be 18 or over.

  • Any damages to your gift or its contents must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • You must read all food labels prior to consumption if you have any allergens.  

  • Any issues with contents and quality of the food and wine you receive must be reported and returned to us for a full refund.

  • Experiences containing food MUST be refrigerated immediately and experiences related to food and wine will contain instructions of timescales to be consumed.
